Key Responsibilities

• Web Development and Maintenance:
  • Build, manage, and update the MetaGravity and Edge of Chaos websites using Webflow.
  • Optimize the performance of websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to create and maintain landing pages, campaign assets, and other marketing materials.
• UI/UX Design:
  • Craft user-friendly, responsive web designs and prototypes in Figma.
  • Ensure intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Content Creation:
  • Design digital assets, including infographics, social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Create email templates, brochures, and other digital marketing collateral to enhance engagement.
• Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all design work aligns with MetaGravity’s brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
• Optimization and Analytics:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze website traffic and user behavior, using insights to improve conversion rates and user experiences.
  • Optimize images, graphics, and other web content for enhanced performance.
• Innovation and Trends:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and web technologies, exploring tools to elevate MetaGravity’s digital presence.

Requirements

• Experience and Expertise:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic and web design.
  • Proficiency in Webflow and Figma is mandatory.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design projects.
• Design and Development Skills:
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in low-fi wireframes and high-quality mockups.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Optimization Focus:
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media design and creating assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience as an independent designer or front-end developer.
• Ability to integrate websites with backend systems and third-party services.
• Passion for the video game industry and its future potential.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.
