Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Webflow Web Developer to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect translation of designs into high-quality, functional websites. In collaboration with our design team, you’ll implement user-optimized experiences across multiple devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Webflow Development: Build, implement, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow’s visual interface and CMS. Convert designs from Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD into clean, functional Webflow websites.
• Collaboration with Design and Content Teams: Work closely with designers to realize web designs in Webflow, balancing design integrity with performance optimization. Partner with content teams to ensure smooth content management in the Webflow CMS.
• Custom Interactions and Animations: Create custom animations, interactions, and dynamic content within Webflow to enhance functionality and engagement.
• SEO Best Practices: Ensure sites are built with SEO best practices in mind, focusing on site speed, structure, and metadata for optimal search engine performance.
• Web Performance Optimization: Utilize best practices for speed optimization—including image compression and code minification—to achieve fast load times.
• Ongoing Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Webflow websites, ensuring alignment with latest Webflow features and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Webflow Expertise: Strong experience with Webflow, from design-to-development handoff to CMS setup, responsive design, and creating custom interactions/animations.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build custom functionality as needed. Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
• Responsive Design Knowledge: Skilled in creating mobile-first, responsive websites that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Experienced in testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser consistency and performance.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, delivering pixel-perfect designs with intuitive user experiences.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
