As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in solving complex business problems through user-centered design. Empowered to practice continuous Product Discovery, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand User Behavior & Challenges:
    • Conduct user research activities such as interviews, observations, and usability tests.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customer success teams to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Design Solutions:
    • Create intuitive, creative, and viable designs for new features and improvements to existing ones.
    • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and continuously test solutions with users and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, groom user stories, and address challenges in real time.
  • Product Analytics:
    • Collect and analyze product analytics to identify opportunities for improvements and optimization.
  • Stay Current:
    • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in UX/UI design.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in User Experience and UI Design.
  • Proven ability to design complex B2B web products.
  • Experience building and testing interactive prototypes of varying fidelity levels.
  • Expertise in creating detailed UI and visual designs.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
  • Knowledge and experience in data visualization and storytelling with complex data.
  • Effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Axure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, HCI, or equivalent from a reputable institution.

  • Designing effective user onboarding flows.
