Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate, Content and Copywriting, you will be the voice of Housecall Pro, responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our Pro audience. Working across the marketing funnel, you will write for various channels, including web, email, social media, and video, while maintaining consistency in brand voice. You’ll partner with teams across the organization to ensure content aligns with business objectives and drives measurable results.
You will play a key role in our marketing strategy, using audience insights, data, and creative thinking to elevate our brand presence and effectiveness.
What You'll Do:
- Content Creation: Write engaging, clear, and converting content for all audience touchpoints (websites, emails, social media, print).
- Collaboration: Work with content, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Editing & Proofreading: Review copy to ensure it’s Pro-focused, free from errors, and of the highest quality.
- Research & Insights: Conduct research and interviews to reinforce content relevance, using data to guide decisions.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all materials.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with teams to generate creative content strategies and ideas for campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Stay current on SEO best practices and optimize content for engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use performance data to refine content, ensuring continuous improvement in audience engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years in copywriting or content creation, with a strong portfolio (B2B SaaS or service-based experience is preferred but not required).

- Content Adaptability: Expertise in adapting tone and style for different formats and stages in the marketing funnel.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for optimizing content.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- Data-Informed: Ability to leverage data and research to refine and optimize content strategies.
- Multitasking & Independence: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with Google Suite, ChatGPT, Grammarly, and project management tools like Jira and Asana.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Figma and Miro is a plus.

Salary Information:
Base salary range: $62,400 - $78,000, depending on experience and geographic location. This role is eligible for equity and benefits, including healthcare and flexible time off.
