The Career Opportunity

We are seeking a talented CRO / Webflow Developer to optimize user experiences, improve website performance, and increase conversion rates across PracticeTek’s digital properties. This role blends front-end development with CRO expertise, enabling you to test, implement, and analyze strategies that enhance user engagement.

You’ll work closely with our design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver personalized, optimized user journeys and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development:
   • Build, test, and deploy responsive web pages in Webflow.
   • Ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.
2. UX/UI Improvements:
   • Translate wireframes/mockups into functional web pages.
   • Enhance navigation, interface design, and user interaction.
3. Data Analysis & Insights:
   • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to identify user behavior patterns.
   • Generate actionable recommendations to optimize user experiences.
4. Testing & Experimentation:
   • Design and conduct A/B and multivariate tests in Webflow Optimize.
   • Analyze test results and implement changes based on findings.
5. Performance Optimization:
   • Optimize web pages for speed, SEO, and performance.
   • Continuously test and adjust to improve accessibility and load times.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Partner with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align CRO initiatives with business goals.
7. Reporting & Feedback:
   • Prepare detailed reports on CRO test outcomes and performance metrics.
   • Present findings and drive iterative improvements.

Required Competencies

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in front-end development using Webflow and/or CRO roles.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing web pages for conversion.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Analytical Mindset:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• UX/UI Design Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of user-centric design principles.
• Attention to Detail:
  • Delivering high-quality, error-free web pages with meticulous testing.
• Communication Skills:
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and present technical insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Google Analytics or CRO certifications.
• CMS Experience: Familiarity with WordPress and Webflow.
• Design Software: Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
