Role: Copywriter

Then you're the creative copywriter we’re looking for! We need someone who brings their A-game to every brief and strives for Himalayan-level heights of creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content and larger campaigns based on creative briefs.
  • Write concise and impactful copy for various advertisers, media channels (social media, OOH, TV), and audiences.
  • Oversee projects from conceptualization to execution, collaborating with specialists such as storyboarders and animators.
  • Challenge briefs and suggest innovative ideas that showcase Ogilvy’s creative potential.
  • Defend your ideas, tone of voice, and wording choices, tailored to specific client briefs.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and find creative ways to engage audiences.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience as a copywriter or community manager with a focus on copywriting in the creative industry.
  • Exceptional fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (French is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to craft or mimic a unique brand tone of voice.
  • A passion for creative writing with relevant training or experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to respond to briefs with exciting and impactful ideas.
  • Familiarity with various social networks, their advantages, and limitations.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and team-oriented personality.
  • Curiosity about popular and digital culture trends, with an eye for future opportunities for advertisers.
